You own the site, the code, the content system, the photographs and the domain. All of it sits in an account with your name on it and we are a user we can be removed from.

We build this with AI, and we are telling you because you would work it out in a week. It is why a rebuild this size takes twelve weeks instead of nine months. Every layout, every word and every forwarding rule is read by a person before it ships, and the tooling stays yours to use after we are done. You built your own AI tools, so you already know what the machine is good at and what it is not.

Your current site stays up the whole time. The new one is built beside it and we only point your domain at it once you have seen it and said go.

194 pages come off the site. Their addresses do not go dark. Each one forwards to the page that replaces it, so anybody who saved a link, and Google, still land somewhere real.

Every address you have today lands somewhere. None of them are left to 404.

Do my blog posts come with us?

Our recommendation is no, and we would rather say so than quietly bill you for it. We build the blog and the post layout either way, so you keep posting weekly in your own words the day we go live. Moving the old ones is a separate decision and a separate line, and if you want all of them they come across. Say the word.

What do we do about the reviews Google took?

Nothing on the site pretends they exist. We do not put a review count anywhere, because a number that says twenty on a firm with your history reads worse than no number. Your press and your awards carry the trust layer instead. Getting the old profile restored is a separate fight and we will help you keep pushing it, but we are not going to price a promise on something only Google controls.

Is Curated Collections still a thing?

That is your call and it does not hold anything up. It is priced as its own line, so if you retire it that line comes off and nothing else in the plan moves. If you keep it, the room sets get a proper layout for the first time instead of the one they inherited.

We are not moving your seventy three old blog posts onto the new site.

They are not bringing in traffic and they were not written against a keyword plan, so carrying them across is billable work that buys you a pile of addresses that already do not perform. We build the blog and the post layout, you keep writing one a week in your own words, and the new site starts a clean index. If you want the archive it comes with us and we will price it, but we are not going to charge you for the move and let you assume it was worth it.

You are not buying this today. It starts after you are live.

You are approving a website today. None of this is billed up front and none of it starts while we are building. The site gets finished, you pay the last of the build, and only then does the first month begin. If you decide you never want any of it, the site is still yours and it still works. This is here so you can see what the month after looks like before you start, instead of finding out once you are already in it.

You do not log in, you do not write anything, and you do not post anything. That is what done for you means here, and it is the same on all three.

We will not promise you a number of calls by a date. On a site this new that is a guess, and you have probably been sold one before.
